The parking lot was being repaired had to park further away didn’t find out until after checking in. Had to take my 2 year old back out side to move the car and then walk the distance back to the hotel with my toddler in tow. During check out there wasn’t a shuttle to take people to their cars so I had to walk around the hotel the long way with my toddler and multiple luggage bags to get to my car.

This hotel is very conveniently located and we had a generally comfortable stay. The staff was welcoming and efficient. The room was lovely but the thin walls meant an early morning wake up from the kids next door. It would be nice if the restaurant opened before 5:00 but when we did get food it was very good. My biggest problem was that the cell service was spotty and although they offered streaming services on the TV it was impossible to connect. We tried multiple times during our stay and could never get anything to work. So if you're looking to disconnect, this is the place for you.

the restroom in our room was gross toilet seat chipped lining coming off. thin walls woken up at 4:30 am to neighbors kids yelling pounding doors. because we book with expedia our hotel treated us as such. 3rd party bookings are treated less than anyone else.

Good location, great shuttle. Our room was above the hotel bar and loud music/talking disrupted sleep. Most restless night of sleep for my whole family because of room location.

The people next door to use sounded like they were in our room. We could hear them using the bathroom, talking and yelling at their kids. This hotel is a regular for us when we're in Long Beach, but our room those time felt like we had no privacy from the people next door.

I like this hotel's proximity to the shopping and restaurants in the plaza next to it. My family and I stayed here to beat the heat on Labor Day weekend and we got what we expected. We went to The Hangar on Saturday and they had live music, vendors, and great food all within walking distance. The only thing I didnt enjoy was the tv in the room-there was something wrong with the LED lights so everything we watched had these 2 light spots and the color was all wrong. The room was a good size (for 3 people), the bathtub was a little worn with the paint chipped, but still in decent shape. Also, the shammpoo and conditioner they provide is Paul Mitchell tea tree and its awesome! The body wash they provide is really good also.

Outside patio out of propane for 2 days. Request light fire pit. Next day they lit for other families. Lazy , terrible staff.
