Best Western Plus Country Park Hotel

The facility was super clean, and the kids loved the pancakes.

Called to see if i could check in one hour early. Was told no. Explained that i was coming from out of town to a wedding and wanted to get ready at facility. Manager said not my problem. Only to find out at the wedding that another family (sitting next to me) was staying at same place. They were allowed to check in 2 hours early. I was so upset i just drove back home after event. Horrible service and they are charging me for the night. Dont stay there.

My family and I had a great hotel experience, the kids really enjoyed the jetted tub in the room. Also had a great view of the mountians.

Parking was great, the room was huge and bed comfortable. We stayed in a family suite on the 2nd floor. It was super noisy and it was hard to get to sleep at 9 pm. Bathroom toiletries were tiny and few, so make sure to bring your own!

It is a great place to stay. The issue that I had was that when I checked in they handed me my room key card and told me I was on the third floor. I went up there and cards did not work. I had to come back down with all my stuff so they could fix the issue. Which they did. The next day I met up with family for dinner and drinks. When I got back to my room I had to use the resrtoom badly due to all those drinks and my room key card wasnt working again. I had to go downstairs again and I turns out that the person that helped me only programmed card for one day even tho I was staying there for 2 days. Normally not a problem but when you have luggage to haul around and have to use the restroom its a big inconvenience to not have cards working. I've stayed here before a few times but this is probably the last time I stay here.

Made a booking that was supposed to be guaranteed and upon arrival the hotel didn’t have the room that had the accommodations we needed so we had to pay more for a room that didn’t have the accommodations we needed and so the kids slept on the floor . Also there was no bedding for the fold out couch and when we called the front desk they told us they had no pillows either. Luckily the kids had there travel blankets and there was a heater .
