We always stay here while in California City. It is convenient to where we want to be with our family in the desert nearby.

Love my stay here with my children

The staff was EXTREMELY accommodating. They were friendly and personable. We stay there when we visit our kids and new granddaughter.

The pool was not heated like I was informed. Also there was a woman with an accent from India that was very rude and disrespectful to my family. She questioned them when coming to visit me at the hotel and then the next day when I took my children swimming she came out and yelled at us snd said it was 1207 & that I needed to leave or she would charge me an extra day. I let her know I was cleaning after the kids in the pool area. She refused to take the pool towels from us and made us take them up to the room. The kids and I gathered our belongings and left. We were given permission from the customer service rep prior to her shift to have a late check out. Not sure why she was so rude and so disrespectful. I left a $20 tip for the housekeeper and the kids and I cleaned as much as we could so that the room was left decent. The lady treated us bad. Even pointing at her watching saying time to leave or she would charge us another day. I was shocked at her behavior. I never plan to stay there again!
