Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Frazier Park, an IHG Hotel

Was expecting to be here one night but had to extend our stay after interstate 5 was closed due to the blizzard/snow. My two kids and I have been comfortable even under these circumstances. Trae and all the staff are great and super friendly. The breakfast is one of the better hotel free breakfasts. The beds are comfy and the rooms well appointed. Overall we have had a better than expected experience. I would highly recommend staying here.

The front desk lady was very nice and even told us about the Mexican place down the road which was wonderful. She was so sweet and even brought a crib to the room for my baby. We checked in around 8:00 pm on December 27th and she was the only one there handling all calls and everyone professionally. After a long drive my family and I appreciated her kindness and customer service!

Great stay with my family

My family recently stayed at the Holiday Inn and unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience. The staff was horrible, rude, and unfriendly. They were even mean to kids, which is unacceptable in any family-friendly hotel. The hot tub had debris in it and was barely warm, making it unpleasant to use. Additionally, despite being a new hotel, the beds and sheets were in bad condition. Overall, our stay was far from pleasant and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming experience. Would not recommend even if starting just got one night while driving. There are better places not far away.
