The kids enjoyed the pool!

That it was a safe place to sleep for me and my kids.

No communication about the elevator being broken, we were given a room on the 3rd floor with a 12 month old baby, and the girl that check us in didnt really care about it. She just check us in and starr helping another customer

We have stayed here a few times and it seems to get worse each time. I think this will be the last time. The hot tub had so much chlorine that it burned your eyes just sitting there. The front desk staff was curt and bordering on rude when they were at the desk. Breakfast was yuck. The eggs and sausage were gross. We didn’t bother going there after the first day. The A/C had a smell. The noise through out the night in the halls and above us woke all of us up multiple times. It is a shame, cause it is conveniently located for visiting family.

I stay at the fontana hotel at least once a month for 2 days, normally everything is nice and smooth. But today the general manager (Alveena). She was questioning me about the sheets in front of other guests. I also had to wait for 10mins so they can go investigate the room i have a 1 year old baby and the way she was talking about me in her native language. Super unprofessional she shouldn't be a manager and though properly how to handle herself around guest! To question me on stains the GRA found. Really next time i will invite the whole hotel staff to my room when my baby spills coffee, or i have sex and god forbig a little of sperm or other fluids get on the sheet! I thought deposit was for room damage like damage property not stains!

The hotel is actually really nice, the pool, the jacuzzi is great. The staff is nice just the room i was staying in room 306 the lights didn't work and i couldn't charge my phone. I didn't reported because the housekeeper that cleans that room should have done that. But i will stay at that hotel when i do come out to visit family.

Felt safe, very nice hot breakfast, nice hot tub and enclosed pool w outdoor seating too. Business or family

We were there to visit family and the 210 access was great and the proximity to Victoria Gardens is ideal

Definitely be back.. it accommodated everything we needed for a fabulous weekend with our grandbabies
