Unfortunately, we had a room that had adjoining door and our neighbors had children that were screaming well into the night (11:00pm) The front desk person was wonderful and moved us into another room, but we didn’t get to bed until midnight which was not ideal. The rooms facing the highway are very noisy too. Breakfast was good.

This was for a family get together and the hotel staff could not have been more accommodating. We used the eating area twice and it worked very well.

The studio room was very clean and spacious with a small kitchenette and couch. The kitchen did not have any skillet pans, that would be my only complaint. The free breakfast in the morning was good. Eggs, sausage, oatmeal, pancakes or biscuits and gravy. The hotel is dog friendly and they have a dog walk right behind the building. There was a lot of dog poop outside of the hotel that had not been picked up so if you are staying here with a dog, pick up your poop. Overall, I would recommend to family and friends and I would definitely stay here again.

We had a fabulous stay at Hyatt House . Hotel was clean and super convenient as far as location goes. Breakfast included was perfect for our family and menu was different every day. Coffee was delicious and available all morning. Staff were friendly and let us use sitting area in lobby to play board games at night.

We were put in a room on the fourth floor corner, suite all we heard all night was a Highway 80 too much traffic noise and there was children from soccer team that was running up and down the stairway yelling in the halls running back-and-forth

All staff was extremely nice! I did find a wallet under the couch when I was looking for my kids toy I turned it into the front desk. The pool was too cold and no hot tub :( breakfast wasn’t anything special and ended very early. But overall the staff and menu and stay and rooms with excellent kitchen and mini fridge freezer space made it a wonderful stay! :)

The room was spacious enough for 5, breakfast was filling, and the kids had a great time in the pool. Most importantly, the folks at reception were extremely helpful and accommodating to all my groups' needs.

It was raining heavily when I arrived so I was extra grateful that all the parking was situated in such a way that it was only a short distance to the entrance no matter where you parked. The woman who checked me in was super helpful and welcoming. There was a group of children in the lobby and I asked if my room was on the same floor as that group. She immediately changed my room location so that I was in a quieter place (I was there to run a marathon the next day and was planning on trying to go to sleep very early). She quickly explained all of the amenities and handed me me room keys and parking pass. She explained that the paid parking was to support the security personnel who monitor the parking lot. The room was equipped with a nice microwave, coffee pot, and mini kitchen. The television swiveled so you could watch from the couch or the bed. The shower had great toiletries and the outlets were well-placed and convenient. The bed was super cozy. My one compliant was that the thermostat never really picked up to what I was hoping but I think that was a sustainability safe guard. Overall, the place was quiet, convenient, cozy and moderately priced. Had I been there with friends I might have taken advantage of the hotel lounge. All of the personnel I interacted with were very helpful. I will stay there again in the future. (AND, easy access to I-80 and lots of food options, my favorite, Dos Coyotes).
