Holiday Inn Express Hotel and Suites Beaumont, an IHG Hotel

I had a wonderful experience. The staff was amazing and they went above and beyond for my family.

staff didn’t do anything about the kids kicking the ball in the hallway for that soccer tournament and we couldn’t sleep and it was from both floors

We checked in around 11:30 after leaving a previously booked room at a different hotel . This hotel was great ! Easy check in , they gave us a room close to the lobby and it wasn’t noisy at all . Room was clean and bed was super comfortable. Room came with breakfast and it wasn’t bad . Definitely would stay again and recommend it to friends and family .

Nice spacious rooms but poor insulation was woken up multiple times by family above us stomping and running around at night.

We had an amazing visit! The greeting right away was welcoming, and prompt! I felt as though i knew the staff since they treated me like family. The lobby and elwvator were clean and had a fresh clean scent, and the room was just as good. The beds were tidy and so soft and lots of pillows, that I was sleeping on a cloud. I highly recommend this home away from home!! This is now my go to for all buainess and personal travel on my way to CA! Thanks for such a great experience!!

The accommodations were fine. The food was good. The desk was very friendly and helpful. We would not stay again however. The walls allow noises that interfere with sleep. The first night we were awakened by a child crying. The second night we hardly slept because of loud noises coming from above. From 11 to 2:30 we heard running and construction sounds like perhaps carpets being replaced. Loud repeated banging. We called the front desk at 2:30 AM. Were told there was no connection going on but they would have security check. The sounds stopped and they Found nothing. Checking out we mentioned it. They we sorry but, Since we booked on hotels.com they could not refund anything.

The floors are very thin, so in my case being on the 2nd floor I could here the family above me stomping around at 11 oclock at night and making so much noise that we had trouble sleeping, so other than that experience it was nice.

Got to Hotel early as we arrived in town for a family wedding. Place was empty and finally the person behind counter decided to recognize us. Refused to let us check in. Hour later i get call saying room was ready. Again walked in and not greeted and this time 3 people behind counter. Made me feel like I interrupted them. Not good service

We have our family and friends stay here frequently and it’s a reliable hotel
