Mom traveling with a lot of kids- hotel was nice, clean, and had an excellent breakfast! It is very convenient to a lot of eating options, salons/spas (nails), and only a short drive to downtown San Francisco.

My family has been in this hotel many times. It used to be very nice, clean, quiet. We always check in late since we mostly have family gatherings in the Bay Area. For some reason, there was someone who knocked loud at the door early in the morning, male big guy. I did not open instead I called the front desk Then after 5 minutes another guy knocked at the door same loudness & so my husband opened the door & said it was a mistake.

The room was impeccable. The kids loved the gym and the pool. The breakfast was great but there was only one waffle machine and the wait was long!!! The one other thing that the hotel should have thought of is that if you have 6 guests coming, you should have 6 sets of towels, not just 2. Everything else was wonderful. I would recommend this place and come back to it. Bonus, Target is only 0.5 miles away.

Our bathroom door did not close at all (room 233). The knob hinge was off about an inch! Didn’t have kids with us so it wasn’t an issue but pretty bad workmanship for a pretty new hotel. Eastside rooms need a window topper as daylight illuminates the ceiling at 6 am! Great location though.

My only opportunity to be with my family during the Super Bowl was in my hotel room at Home 2 Suite's, the hotel that markets staying here is like coming home. So treat it like your home! While we had a fabulous day watching the superbowl, and enjoying good food...the receptionist called a police/tow company to tow my daughter's car parked in a handy cap spot with the placard in the window. I CANNNOT OBJECT LOUDER!!!🙄YOU called and had your/MY Guests car towed, WITHOUT trying to locate the guest, HOWEVER REGARDLESS WHATEVER the circumstances are...you DON'T HAVE THEIR CAR TOWED off of private property! OMG! THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE

The property can make improvements on service related to towel refreshes and room cleaning. They have switched to a 5 day cycle which is difficult to manage when you have 5 family members. Breakfast items were very basic for a Hilton brand. Waffles were the only option. For the other cooked items, nothing is labelled which is difficult for vegetarians.

I don’t know what folks consider to be disgusting….but this hotel is FAR from disgusting. The staff and facilities are modern and clean. However the GUESTS are hit or miss. Saw groups and folks check in with all kinds of demands like extra pets and bringing in guests. Folks wanted to park in the middle of the driveway and have conversations, folks looked like they were clearly there to do debauchery and saw it wasn’t that kind of place…kids making spills and messes and folks being generally rude and oblivious…but want to blame the hotel. Personally I wish ALL mid range price hotels like this would be this good and safe and friendly. The breakfast is pretty good and aside from the other rude guests (which no one can control), this place is SPOT ON! Do us a favor…if you know you’re an oblivious slob or you don’t care about what you do in a public place, or have rowdy kids or pets galore look elsewhere. Let’s keep at least ONE good hotel around and not heap on burdens of cleaning and controlling your inconsiderate arses. Point blank. This hotel is awesome.

The information originally provided to my family before we arrived was not the info that was honored at the time of check in. This caused major confusion with family members and caused one of them to have a nervous breakdown..our trip was ruined. I was very, extremely disappointed in how this was handled by management.
