Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Malvern, an IHG Hotel

One night stay with family just driving through. The hotel was new and very clean. The bed was so comfortable and they had a great hot breakfast in the mornkng. Highly recommend!

Hotel was exceptionally clean, and rooms are remodeled with modern features. Quiet sleep, and good breakfast for the family. Very accommodating.

I went back to my hometown to visit family for the weekend and can definitely say this is the best choice in the area. Conveniently located right off the interstate and near several places to eat, Walmart, and the beautiful white water park on the ouachita river. Coffee was available anytime in the lobby, and the breakfast was definitely one of the better I’ve had at a hotel. Most of the staff we encountered seemed friendly/helpful, the rooms and hotel itself are well taken care of. I own a cleaning business and pick places apart for cleanliness, I was very satisfied with how clean everything looked/felt. We stayed in a king bed room, the room itself was comfortable, bed was not my favorite but to each their own. Walls are very thin, the person next to us was in the bathroom at the same time I was in ours, and I could hear everything they were doing as if we were sharing a bathroom. Would absolutely stay here again.

The only reason we booked this hotel was they showed having an indoor pool. Well they do but it was closed for repairs. Something that disappointed the whole family, which we even stopped an got new suits for everyone. We found out upon check in. Something that should have been losted on the site. Also our toilet in the room felt like it was about to come of the Mounting as it was very wobbly. One thing I will do in the future is call any hotel and see if the pool is working. It was very disappointing for my daughter's birthday that she didnt get to swim.
