My family of 5 stayed here why we visited Hot Springs in a 5 minute drive to downtown and all the bath houses. Definitely will stay here again. Kids loved the pool.

It’s so handy having a bistro/bar in the lobby- we were travelling with our toddler and it’s so much easier than worrying about where to eat after a long drive! Charlene at the bar was especially wonderful!

The room was excellent! It was clean and comfy. The staff was amazing. The front desk staff was very polite and the lady that worked in the morning at the Bistro was very nice. We used the pool and it was in a heated room which was nice. However, a group of baseball kids and their families overtook the tiny pool area and we had to leave. There were definitely over 20 kids and it was very chaotic. The families didn’t even care other people were in the pool.

Mr. Burnis was amazingly accommodating to my wife and I. From the moment we registered to the day we departed, we felt as if we were staying with family. Mr. Burnis’ warmth and professionalism is without equal. He further made food and entertainment recommendations that we thoroughly enjoyed. I would hire him as my corporate trainer for how to treat all patrons. I will sum up Mr. Burnis’ demeanor as “Professionalism Personified”, a compliment that I do not share sparingly. We loved our stay! P.S. The food at the Bistro was delicious and reasonably priced.

We were only there overnight, but the nighttime desk clerk, Bernis, was extremely helpful, pleasant, and friendly. His welcoming demeanor even left a lasting impression on my kids (10 and 11 y/o), who kept talking about the “nice man” downstairs during our stay and on our way home. Please let him know that we appreciated his hospitality and that he’s doing a great job!!
