It was a very nice facility. The rooms were clean & comfortable, the breakfast was good, & the kids enjoyed the pool. My only points of contention were they did not restock the towels at the pool, they did not have wipes in the fitness center & both treadmills were out of order.

Came in during check in time and the woman at the front desk would not follow through with my reservation even though it was already prepaid for. She said because I have a local address that she could not let me stay. I brought my two sisters and two babies for a fun Memorial Day weekend trip in my hometown and they left us high and dry. We were stuck having to find a hotel towns away and I haven’t gotten my money back. Just about ruined the whole weekend. I was never notified beforehand of this policy that they would not allow locals to book.

The staff was amazing! We had a 4 night stay with family. They were extremely accomodating and one of the best hotels, staff wise, that we have ever stayed in.

It was decent for a typical extended stay set up. I was not impressed with the crowded breakfast serving area or lack of searing options for larger families since most of the rooms are set for larger groups. Parking was awful if you didnt return to the hotel before sunset.

Nice hotel that could stand a few updates. This was my second stay at this location in a year. 1st visit was great. On this last visit, our room was worn and needs an overhaul. The fridge didn't cool well, icemaker was inoperable. The bed was very hard and felt like it was a boxspring instead of a mattress. The sink was shattered and then glued back together, with pieces missing. The room had a little bit of a stale odor. We were on the top floor, but the amount of noise coming from the attic above was terrible. I believe the clanging and banging we heard all throughout our stay was likely the building's A/C dampers opening and closing (or Casper was in town lol). Overall, it was not a bad stay, but I may look around for another location before our next visit. Our trip was to visit family.

Pool was nice for kids. There was no hot tub. Breakfast was limited. Our room beds were hard. The sink leaked. There was mold under sink and on ceilings in bathrooms. It took 10 minutes of running the water to get the water hot enough to shower. Outside card readers were not working. Had to downgrade suites reserved because of maintenance issues and was still charged same and had to do the reservation in 2 separate transactions for 2 rooms. Our curtains would not shut so it was hard to sleep with outside bright lights shining in room. Staff was nice but not very tentative or helpful with issues.

They put us on the third floor at the very end of the hall. I was traveling with 2 children n their stuff. Asked for a room on 1st or 2nd floor n told they were full, despite only about a dozen cars at any time in the parking lot. Other than that, it was good. Nice pool which the boys had to themselves, great breakfast, room was comfortable and staff were pleasant.
