Staybridge Suites Little Rock - Medical Center, an IHG Hotel

Got a family room had 2 bedrooms 3 bed total and sofa easily fits 8 people

Our stay was great. I had major ankle reconstruction surgery on Friday and needed a place to rest before traveling 200 plus miles home. Stay bridge has always been my families go to place for rest and relaxation and I got just that from Friday until Monday. Thank you for my quiet, peaceful rest.

My family and I were on a one day trip just visiting family. I chose this hotel because of the reviews and to my surprise it did not disappoint. Very cozy and quite. Next time we take a trip to Little Rock we will be staying here.

Very clean room and spacious.Typical mid-class hotel room service, very friendly and helpful if you are within their rules and expectations. Not so much if you're not. For example I asked for a broom to keep in the room during our two night stay in the two bedroom suite with the kitchen, not allowed to have one in the room. We have kids, so thanks. Also one of the few hotel rooms in the area that can sleep more that 6 people, so that was nice. We would stay here again if in the Little Rock area.

The front desk was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The entire hotel was very clean. We loved the fire pit and sitting area outside. The only slight complaint was that the breakfast left a little to be desired in terms of service. The choices were as expected and the cleanliness was unmatched, but the employees tending to it weren’t the most helpful. Just as an example, when the milk ran out, no one could find the employee to get it refilled. It took around 30 minutes to get the issue resolved so the kids waiting could get cereal. That’s the only issue we had during our stay and it’s only barely worth mentioning. I still highly recommend staying here!

The location is perfect for the medical district. We stayed a week with this hotel because my mom was in St.Vincent. It was literally a 3 minute drive with stop lights. The hotel was in good condition. We did have some issues in our 1 bedroom suite, but nothing that made the stay miserable or hard. Breakfast wasn’t what we expected but it’s good enough to get you going. We did feel safe which was huge! Loved the fully stocked kitchen (pots, pans dishes and cleaning supplies). Full sized fridge with ice maker was also huge for us. It had a two electric burner stove and full sized microwave. It was like staying at a one bedroom apartment. Plenty of restaurants and shopping around this location as well. All the staff was really nice and helpful which was huge because this was a very difficult time for our family. I will be in Little Rock often, and we will stay here when we need to be there overnights. I do believe I was charged twice for one night, and I hope it is resolved quickly and easily when I contact them. I didn’t use any of the amenities because we were at the hospital everyday all day.

We were very pleased with our room. It was very economical for us to have a suite with one king and two queens and we needed it due to family in the surronding hospitals. What upset me was that we had to have a $250 " damage hold" on our DEBIT CARD. This was returned but unexpected. Could this fee be waved if a person presented a good credit score or even a check stub of a certain amount?

My visit was pertaining to me needing to be in a quiet, clean place and someplace I can bring my girlfriend for a weekend trip away from the kiddos and this was an absolutely amazing place to stay. We both absolutely loved it here and we will be back

Great option for traveling families. Modern, clean rooms and convenient to the highway.
