Homewood Suites by Hilton Little Rock Downtown

The stay was great minus a few things. Check in was kinda slow because she was trying to check me in while she was telling her fellow coworker about the strip show she was going to that night and how some of the dancers would be staying at the hotel. Rooms were spacious and cool, and had a nice view of the pool. We stayed here specifically for the location and the pool. My kids wanted to swim swim swim. It’s hot mid day so the best times to swim are morning and night. The first day we waited until after 11 for them to open it and on the last day we just left because we were tired of waiting. When we checked out there were still towels and trash from the night before out and pool still closed. Not to mention every night they were there at 9:59 to close the pool. The food was decent but the lady who served the food was not personable and seemed irritated everytime someone asked her for something.

Loved the hotel and convenience to river market and shopping. Parking to checkin is nonexistent. There are no luggage carts available. My daughter couldnt get the room she reserved so part of her family had to stay with my other daughter. Not even a sorry for this. Only 1 working elevator. No staff ever at the desk Pool was green. Breakfast wasnt kept stocked. Will never stay again nor will any of my family and we go once a month to visit my daughter in Little Rock. Every one I met there had the same complaints

The staff were friendly, beds comfy, and the 2 bedroom suite is spacious with 3 tvs. Breakfast was not the greatest as not enough staff to accommodate the demands of the hotel perhaps? Walked to Clinton museum 15 minutes, children’s discovery 15 minutes. Little Rock zoo 9 minutes. That was fun, chill zoo. Dizzy bistro, couple minutes, Samantha’s tap room less than 10 minute walk, lost forty brewing, highlights of nearby walking restaurants, easy short drive if desired. Parking garage connected to hotel is safe and easy to access. For all the downtowns, and downtown hotels my family and I have stayed in, this ranks as easiest.

Great place for a family. Loved the basketball court and pool/patio area. The room was spacious and clean. Enjoyed the stay, we will be back for another stay.

I was charged $30 for parking- and had to go back and forth to reception to have my key card reset because it stopped working, which was frustrating because I was tired from a long drive... but then the other cards all stopped working- an added hassle. When we finally got to the suite, it was clear that one of the bathrooms hadn't been cleaned. Also, we were two families sharing a suite meant to sleep up to 8, but the kitchenette only had dishes for 4. For what I paid for a suite, this was a big disappointment.
