Comfort Suites Forrest City

Staff was very welcoming. Offered a list of restaurants close by. The facilities smelled wonderful. Room was big and comfortable. Everything was clean although the bathroom tile had some mold under the soap shelf. Otherwise very nice! Loved we just had a small pet fee for our fur babies.

Great customer service and felt very welcomed by the front desk! This was my 2nd time staying here. My wife and kids absolutely love it!

SOOOO nice to stay at a hotel where Lucy, our pocket goldendoodle, is welcome to be with us and treated as family!!

Mary is such a sweet, professional and courteous person and we appreciate her making our family comfortable throughout our stay!

One night stay. Traveling with family. It served all our needs. Room was a little dated but large so we were happy.

I came to stay at Comfort Inn for my dad’s funeral only to know after I booked the elevator did not work. We had a lot of luggage and small kids which made it more inconvenient. Had this been disclosed we could have made other arrangements.

Got in super late. Husband had a smooth check in and they even gave us a room on the first floor since the elevator is broken. Room was clean, bed was comfy and breakfast in the morning was a big plus. Nice and hot. The family throughly enjoyed it!

The rooms were spacious and very nice. The elevatorwas noisy and made you question if it was going to work or not. Unfortunately there were people on our floor that allowed their children to run and scream thru the hall and room.

I guess from the other reviews I read, I was expecting better, but for the cost, we got a much better room in Marion, AR, but they were full. The hotel in general was nice. They have one elevator that in busy hours, you have to wait for. The property outside is nice and well maintained, but at night it’s rather dark; they could use some better lighting. The carpet in the room was dirty/stained. I was expecting a regular fridge since it was a family suite, but they had a small cube fridge. We’re a family with a lot of stuff. We made it work. The room and beds were comfortable enough, though we bought food to take back to the suite, and there was no table to eat at, so we ate sitting on the beds. The room design was strange with a lot of “dead” space that didn’t make sense. Beds and sleeping went fine. I don’t want to be too negative, but for what I paid, I thought things would be a lot better…

The property was clean however we found a dead lady bug in our bed. A rodent ran into the room next door to ours. The evening front desk clerk called the police on our family because of her lack of customer service on what we thought was a broken bed. And she informed us that her manager initially wanted us to leave the property. It was a very embarrassing and unacceptable experience.
