We had a great stay. The grandkids really enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

This hotel was very subpar. The staff’s attitude was exasperated and bored. They were not happy to be there and it showed. The exterior and lobby was lacking and very outdated. The room was very outdated. It was clean but seemed like some updating would result in a better experience. The door didn’t seem very secure, the shower drain didn’t drain, very little toilet paper, requested more towels and didn’t get them, outlets are all loose, bedding put on upside down, brown recluse spider in corner, air conditioner was very old, and a musky smell overall. Once speaking to family that lives local, found out that the hotel was built as the same time as the airport. Our family stated that the airport gives vouchers for the hotel for cancelled flights and/or layovers. It needs updating desperately.

They have bed bugs and still charged us for our 5 rooms. The 5 rooms were supposed to all be $115 through Expedia however once we checked it only 3 rooms were $115 another one I was charged $125 and the another one was $140. All 5 rooms were the exact same room on the same floor. Whenever we found the bed bugs the hotel maintenance men and housekeeper said yep that’s bed bugs for sure and said they would notify the manager. The manager said that’s weird that’s never happened here before. We should have received a refund. I did not have the time to argue with him as my family and I were on the way to a funeral. We will never stay in a Wyndham hotel again anywhere. Not only are we out of over $500 on the rooms but at least $1000 or more in all of our belongings that we had to throw away.

Had a long drive with four kiddos wanting to swim got there after pool was closed manager let the kids in to swim for a bit anyway. Great breakfast starts a 5:30 am

The location is great. The issue is that the rooms are not well maintained. Rust in the shower, Dirty vinyl floors, and a lingering smell. Old appliances litter the stairwell along with partially disassembled AC units. AC condensation drain pipes drip directly on the entrance we used. Flies and June bugs abound, even in the dining area. There is a STRONG smell of ammonia around the building. More than one time we entered our room to a strong smell of cigarette smoke. Oh, and the pool and hot tub were closed, to the dismay of our kids. It is not the staffs fault. Management obviously has no interest in keeping it nice. Too bad, since so many folks new to the area will stay here.

sounds are very clearly audible from other room through the common door connecting two rooms. normally family members are given that kind of settings. not two different people.

The room was nice and clean, the bathroom door would not shut it was hanging up. But other than that it was nice my grandkids enjoyed the pool and the staff was very helpful.
