Every person working there was super friendly and helpful. The room and amenities were very nice. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

The only downside to the place is the double beds. A family of four needs queen beds!

The hotel was close to family and Prescott. It was quiet, the staff were very friendly, and the room was properly attended to.

Always have a good time here, been using this facility since it opened, have family in the area. Very clean & sanitized, loved the pool & spa & hot breakfast. People working there are very friendly & always have been. Not liking the mattresses, very firm & no queen beds, just doubles. Overall, we would definitely recommend this hotel

Have stayed here numerous times during visits with nearby family members. This time would have been great except we had a very annoying and noisy guest above us. We continued to hear him/her stomp around for several hours. We finally called the desk person to make a complaint. The desk person was understanding and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was very good. Will definitely stay here again.
