Best Western Prescottonian

There was no elevator which made it difficult to bring up the luggage and misc. things for a couple with grandkids. The bed was too firm for me. There was no room service during our two night stay.

Julie at check-in was AMAZING. She worked with our family to get a place to visit after the Lighting Ceremony in Prescott.

The hotel itself is older, but still well maintained. My family felt safe. The employees were amazing. Very warm and friendly. The morning breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. I highly recommend this hotel, mainly because of the staff. They were Great!

Good hotel. I was impressed with the staff as they were very helpful and kind. I was also presently surprised at the free breakfast so many options for adults and kids. 😊

The staff were accommodating, the property and rooms were clean, and I plan on returning. The location was at the 69/89 interchange, so quite easy to go any way needed, and only a few miles from family that we were visiting. The lobby was decorated for fall, and Mike was informative at check in. Breakfast was enough, but the cinnamon rolls were dry. The two gentleman that I met at breakfast were always helpful and enjoyed their job. We were greeted each morning with a smile. I also stopped by the front desk to check out and got a smile, which always goes a long way. The hotel and employees take the time to make you feel welcome. Thank you .

Holly will check the shin was very helpful and friendly even though she was juggling checking people in and answering the phone by herself. We thought we would have a view of the mountains but our view from the balcony was just of the parking lot and of course mountains in the distance so it was OK. Marshall who runs the kitchen and provided lovely options for breakfast was really on the ball which we appreciated. I was surprised at how few people leave tips even though the container for tip is obvious and the service plus food were so nice. A couple and their four kids came into the breakfast room right at closing time and seem to be slow in gathering up all their food. Marshall made them feel comfortable even though it was time for him to start cleaning up.
