The staff is so friendly and helpful. The hotel is well maintained and includes many of the amenities we were looking for, including a gym and laundry facilities. The rooms are modern and include a mini fridge. We were able to use the microwave downstairs in the lobby. The daily breakfast is helpful when traveling with kids. Some offerings change throughout the week to ensure you don’t get bored over an extended stay. We really couldn’t have asked for anything more.

I earned all of my Hilton Honors points at this location. It is very clean and well maintained and is super close to my grandchild. The only thing that needs any improvement is they need to provide cups or glasses for use with the ice bucket. Other than that, all is great!

I liked the friendliness and helpful. The room was very comfortable and exactly as I had asked for. The location was excellent for me as it was near to my family that I was visiting. I really liked the breakfast that was provided every morning.

The shower tub was not draining and I had to finish showing in standing water, super disgusting experience! Management offered to fix it, but only after we had vacated and didn't even offer a different room until I asked the receptionist for one nor a discount for the trouble, needless to say, my kids and wife left without showering

The pool is infested with bees. No swimming for our family on 107 day. When we told the front desk they just laughed and said they knew. They told us the bees are attracted to the calcium in the pool. No, there is a nest stone where. Get a bee keeper to come out, find the hive, and get rid of them. We were not the only family that couldn’t enjoy the pool.

First Trip to Arizona and I was pleasantly surprised at the friendly staff and the cleanliness of the Hotel. Even at breakfast, which is fabulous with numerous options, an attendant kept counters clean and eating area wiped down. The beds were comfortable and the view was perfect. We will be using this Hotel again on our monthly trips to see the kids.
