The room was okay. But the pool and pool area where very bad. I had to clean the pool myself with the net hanging on the fence. Got this room to take my kids swimming. Looks like no one goes and checks on the pool area, cigarette butts floating in the pool. The tiles on the edges had a bunch of grime build up. I had my kids exit the pool after i felt how slimy the floor was. Outdoor furniture full of spider webs and trash all over the place. I was disappointed in the stay in all honestly.

I loved having a Peloton bike in the workout area and my kids enjoyed the pool. However, I would have liked a hot tub for sure. Unfortunately, the gym was very dusty/dirty. There was trash near the elevators on the floor where I room was located and it was there from the night we arrived until the next day mid-morning when we checked out.

Everything was great! Until our daughter found a disturbing substance left behind from previous stayers we tried to get a hold of the manager and it was a big miscommunication. He will be here then, he wouldn’t , and eventually they said during the week. We will continue to get a hold if not go to corporate. Word of advice check your rooms before getting settle. If we wouldn’t of done it a unfortunate event could’ve resulted with my family.
