This was my second stay at Hampton Inn and Suites while visiting family in Tucson, AZ. It's proximity to family, dining, and shopping was especially covenient. The only drawback to our visit was that our two room reservation was not as close to each other as we had hoped. Originally on two different floors, we were fortunately placed on the same floor with several rooms between us.

Hampton is usually our family choice. The rooms are always clean , comfortable and spacious . The staff are always kind and courteous . And the free breakfast is a bonus. Our whole family usually enjoys our stay. Will definitely stay again!!! I recommend this hotel … It checks all the boxes

Dirty. Carpets stained and not swept for days. Dark gray tile supposed to have light gray grout. It wasn't. Clearly never been scrubbed. Towels dingy gray color. Denied a reasonable request for quiet room as member recovering from surgery. Instead put us in the exact center of hotel with room of unsupervised children above us stomping on floor until 2 AM. Only get housekeeping every other day. Numerous scuffs and marks on walls. Paint chipping. Liquid soap (no bar soap in shower) that does not lather much so you use even more soap. (Also, who says some creep prior to you didn't adulterate the soap?) Clearly management there cutting corners. Should not be allowed to call itself a Hampton Inn. Other than that, it was just lousy.

My family and I had a great experience. They hotel was very clean and in pristine condition. The breakfast had a nice variety and very good tasting. For sure we will come back!
