DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Tucson - Williams Center

Worst hotel and experience our family has ever had. We reserved a room poolside got there did not have a room for us. Gave us a room on the second floor now air conditioning put us in a different room on the second floor. They said they’ll get us one by the pool the next morning the next morning Manager said don’t worry we got you taken care of sorry for the inconvenience. We went school shopping came back. They told us sorry we don’t have a room on the bottom floor by the pool for you again put us on the second floor again. People partying till all hours of the night drugs going on there one of the workers came by and beat on our door because he said he thought it was open and I asked him. Why did you do that and he told me because bad things happen at that hotel, what the heck we are at Hilton that’s why we went to a Hilton so it would not be like that

Not in a nice area. One of the doors was being held closed with tape. My family did not feel safe so we moved to another hotel. They would not give me any refund at all.

Our family enjoyed our stay at DoubleTree Suites by Hilton in Tucson-Williams Center. Staff was very friendly. The suite was clean and comfortable. Good continental breakfast. We enjoyed the swimming pool and hot tub.

It is the best place we have stayed in Tucson, where we often go to visit family. One bad thing was that our room was not cleaned after being away all day. In the evening, though it took a few hours, clean towels were delivered to our room.

Overall, our stay was great. Nothing the hotel can do about this but others should be aware… We were parked by Gate 4 and we believe it was homeless people fighting in the ditch tunnel right near our car. It was awful and scared our kids quite a bit. They didn’t feel safe. My husband and I talked with them but it was pretty bad to listen to.

Overall not suitable for families with children - cockroaches dead and alive - dusty curtains - stained carpets - clogged bathtubs Old, and mismanaged…don’t stay here if you have children. I wouldn’t stay here in the future even if I am paid to stay here!

My family and I had a great stay here! Their customer service was outstanding! We look forward to going back next season.

Very nice older hotel thats been upgraded, stayed in a king suite that had a separate living room with a couch that could also be made i to a bed. Lots of room for the price I paid, and the continental breakfast was great! Had more than just cold cereal.and coffee. Lots of options, even picky kiddos could fine something

We had a great time at this hotel. I loved that every room is a suite and we had plenty of room. The kids enjoyed the hotel and we felt safe and secure in the building. We appreciated the hot breakfast and attention to housekeeping as well.

Most hospitable Double Tree I’ve been too. Front Desk Alan treated my family great.
