Room was huge. Lots of space. Problem was the the room was not clean. Specifically the bathroom. There were stained foot prints in the tub. There was also hair on the floor. Called after checking in and they sent someone up, said it was a stain and to call the front desk tomorrow. I called the front desk and they had to look things over and promised to call my cell. They never did. I called on my way back to the hotel after being out all day….they did over to let me change rooms but at this point it was late and I was exhausted. Just showed at a family members house and stayed in the room for the final night.

This hotel could be really nice, just needs a little updating. We stayed with a family of 5 and the room with 2 bedrooms and a small kitchen was perfect for us. There was a lot of space for a reasonable price. The hotel breakfast was also great. We saved money but having breakfast at the hotel. Linens were clean but the furniture and amenities can use some updating. It could be a very nice hotel. Pool was warm, but lawn chairs were half broken. Definitely needs some updating at the pool area. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and could not beat the location for spring training games. Central to everything and close to a lot of fun areas.

The lay out of the room with two full master suites and a living room, dining and kitchen was perfect for our family. It was spacious and comfortable.

We have a big incident in these property! A stranger person try to enter to our room, i was traveling with a senior person, 2 kidz and my wife and we was very scared about the situation, the hotel staff try to arrange this giving us only half of one nigth in discount, but for us safety is first, i do not recomend this hotel and either the service from their staff

Overall, it was a great stay. The only thing that kept breaking down was the units AC system. The maintenance man would fix it asap but it was an inconvenience and when it stopped working at 11pm i didnt call it in since my kids were already in bed.

We had an amazing stay at the Hyatt, breakfast was delicious and good options. Rooms were clean, beds were very comfortable. Walking distance to shops and restaurants, pool was an extra bonus. Would stay and again and recommend to friends and family

My friend and I stayed here for 5 nights and we loved everything about it! The staff was incredibly welcoming and generous throughout our whole stay. Shoutout to Carlos working the front desk for being so polite and welcoming us on our check in day. The pool was clean and beautiful. Breakfast was included and delicious. No complaints! We would recommend this place to anyone traveling with friends or family.

Property itself is beautiful and very clean however my suite was very poorly maintained. There were stains on the lamp shade, window shade, and ironing board. The electric shades did not work leaving the shade fully suspended on the ground while wires hung from the top of it. Dust and dirt was built up in all corners and the air vents look as though they’ve never even been wiped down. My crawling baby found a red pill right under the couch, leading me to believe it was never even moved or cleaned. When I moved the couch, I found a disturbing amount of other trash underneath. Daily breakfast was alright - it’s free. Staff was very helpful and welcoming. Would I stay again? No.
