We chose this hotel because we wanted to have the availability for three beds. The sofa bed is terribly uncomfortable. Unfortunately. Some hotels have done good and upgrading the mattress on the sofa bed. This is the only thing that I would say is wrong with this place. The breakfast was great. The coffee was good. The bar was a nice addition with the ability to have dinner there. They have a nice area to grab some snacks too and drinks. We did not utilize the patio until the next morning when it had snowed, but the kids had a great time playing around in the field area in the snow. Wonderful views of the valley. Overall. I would stay here again but dang get rid of those terrible sofa bed mattresses. You can do better!

Overall, stay was good. Location is convenient. Breakfast was a mess with lines of people, running out of food, plates and water. They also ran out of blankets and towels, which was annoying given we had 3 kids in a room.

My 2 friends and I had such a memorable and wonderful stay here! The staff were extremely friendly, accommodating, the rooms were lovely and clean and the breakfast was delicious! Not to mention the views from this hotel were outstanding! Would definitely recommend (and already have) to friends and family visiting Page!

My family & I loved the breakfast each morning, it was quick and convenient. The property has easy parking, and quick elevators. We ate dinner at the restaurant each night and really enjoyed it- great options for adults and kids. Most of all, the easy access to Wahweep marina was the highlight!

Clean rooms and a newer property overlooking lake Powell. Good for families with kids with breakfast and full bar options. Good for a shorter stay if visiting antelope canyon, horseshoe bend…etc.

This hotel was perfect for our needs! We are a family of 4, and loved the cleanliness, the small to cool off in, and appreciated the delicious breakfasts! We highly recommend it. Excellent and kind staff too.

We stayed with my family for the night in two rooms when we got to the room it smelled like someone had just smoked marihuana in both of the rooms, the smell was really unpleasant. It was a bad experience to have to smell marihuana for a long time in the room with the kids.
