The person in the front desk was rude!!! I’ve have never seen something like that. I was asking for extra blankets and he told me that it’s an absurd request and I never got the blanket. My kids could not sleep because they were cold!!! Shame on them for such a bad customer service

The general manager, Ali, went completely above and beyond. His focus is clearly customer service and I would recommend this hotel to my closest friends and family.

The manager was extremely helpful. My kid really enjoyed the pool. Cleanest hotel we have had during our trip. Short drive to Horseshoe Bend and Glen Canyon dam.

Stayed just one night here before an Antelope Canyon tour. Front desk staff were great, check in and out very easy. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the necessities including fridge and microwave. One thing to be aware of - the washroom has a traditional set up where sink/toilet/shower are all together, which may not be optimal for larger families. Breakfast hot options included make-your-own waffles, eggs, and sausage. The dining area was also spacious. We did not have time to make use of the other facilities but there was a pool and hot tub available. Overall this hotel met all of our needs and, being quite new, everything was in good condition which made for a fresh, comfortable destination after a long day of hiking and driving. Would definitely stay here again.

When I arrived at 1pm to see if I could check in a couple of hours early, nobody was at the front desk. After waiting for about 15 minutes for someone to show up, I finally left. What kind of hotel doesn't staff their front desk at 1pm? Later, when I returned about 45 minutes before the official check-in time, the guy at the front desk (the manager?) haughtily told me that under no circumstances could I check in early. Apparently, all rooms are magically ready at 3pm and not a minute earlier. Finally, when I was allowed to check in at the official 3pm check-in time and was given a room on the second floor, I asked if I could have a room on the third floor instead because of negative reviews that indicated a tendency for noise to filter down from upper floors. The manager brushed off these concerns and refused my request, supposedly because there were a couple of people behind me in line and the manager didn't want to keep them waiting. He then proceeded to assure me in a patronizing tone as if speaking to a child that I would "love the second floor." Of course, the reviews were correct and I could hear every footstep from the people in the room above me. Based on the hotel's responses to other reviews here, I'm sure the manager will try to spin and justify everything I've reported here.

Great place for families! We have a hard time finding a pool open in Feb but this place has an indoor pool and hot tub which makes it wonderful for colder weather. The place was nice and clean. People who work there are friendly and helpful.

Our family of 7 stayed here because we booked a tour at Antelope Canyon. It was a very nice big box hotel stay.
