Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Phoenix West/Tolleson

This was a family visit and the property the conveniently located to the house. Very clean and welcoming environment. We would definitely stay again.

It was comforting and my family and I enjoyed the stay.

Im.here visited my family from Wisconsin and we get late dinner and ince i get drop off at the hotel i was not able to access from the main door because was lock , i never see hotels lock their front door , once the lady open it for me she ask me what im doind here , well i have a room here. And she was like no you dont , i feel that because she saw me im mexican because she was very rude , please dont let me put this on google reviews this was a very bad experience

With all the reviews I was excited to stay here. When they didn’t come in the next day and make the bed and take out the trash I was not happy. Front desk told us they do not have daily housekeeping unless you ask. That is not what it said on the amenities. Breakfast was not great. One review said it was the best they had. I can’t believe that. The oatmeal was undercooked, watery and chewy. Bacon was dripping with grease. They ran out of waffle batter and all that was said was sorry instead of making more. We left a back pack in the room when we checked out and when we called front desk didn’t want to go in the room to check. If the room was thoroughly cleaned they should have had it at the front desk. We had a family member pick it up the next day and they didn’t even question her just handed her the backpack. I would not stay here again.
