Courtyard by Marriott Phoenix West/Avondale

This hotel was quiet. Super clean. They are cleaning all the time. Free parking. Free breakfast was actually really good and fresh. On other side of frwy lots of shopping restaurants etc. Very nice size pool and jacuzzi. Would definitely stay here again. Only down side was besides pool no activities for kids for entertainment. We came with a sports team, boys and besides pool theres not much. But close to topgolf and entertainment to drive too.

Our family stayed here 2 nights and had a great experience. The only thing that was a bit of a drag was that the hotel is right next to an on ramp for the 101, it was a bit loud on a Saturday night.

My family and I stayed for a weekend. We had an extremely late check in and the front desk was so nice. I called prior to that to let them know we’d be late and they were so helpful. the hotel is definitely great for families and pets as well. My only complain is that when I booked the room, it did not state that there would be a pet fee. As it is, the hotel was expensive. So the pet fee was a little to much. We chose this hotel because it was “cheaper” than other ones. I would have been ok with it if it were to have been stated before booking. The area is nice. Quiet. We didnt have any problem with parking. They have a pet garden where you can take your animal. They are nice about the extras you need. My one big issue was that on the last day stay, we ended up not being able to get cleaned up because something happened with the water heater. Also, I had asked for there to not be a joint room and we did have one. It was a bit uncomfortable. But overall the place was nice and clean which was what I was looking for while traveling with kids.

The day of traveling this property notified me that they relocating my stay to another hotel because they were overbooked.went to the other hotel and they could not accommodate my bedding needs for my family. I made this reservations two months before and I got confirmation 24 hours before we were to arrive.Sad

Absolutely one of the best hotels that we have stayed in! Had two queens and a sofa bed which was perfect for me and my two adult children. Room was large, clean, and well appointed. I highly recommend this place!

There was a lot of noise, a fire alarm after little kids were asleep and what looked like prostitutes in the lobby. Also many transients around the area.

we basically used the room for sleeping, and hanging after a family memorial. we used none of the hotel facilities, but the room was clean & an ideal environment, under the circumstances. our stay was very good.
