Residence Inn by Marriott Phoenix West/Avondale

One of the very few places that I’ve stayed at that can accommodate a family of 5! We had a beautiful, spacious, clean, 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom suite. Everything about this stay was great. The kids complained that the pool was too small, but really, they had a pool space to themselves which was definitely more than enough. My only complaint is that we are big on recycling, and though there are separate bins for garbage and recycling, one of the housekeeping attendants told me it all went to the same place - the garbage. Everyone was super friendly and really made a genuine effort for their guests. I would definitely stay here again.

Very Clean and Nice Place to stay. withing minutes to stores, restaurants and local places. stayed with my kids and staff were very friendly and helpful.

This hotel is so bomb I’m not sure where to start. Hotel staff is super friendly and very accommodating. My flight landed early and I was worried I wouldn’t be able to check in cause it was 1pm but luckily they had a room ready. Walking to my room I noticed how absolutely clean the hallways are. Got to my room and was blown away. Full kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher. All the dishes and silverware was included and already in my room cabinets. The room is very well designed and I love how the tv swivels but was facing the door when I entered. Beautiful shower and I slept like a baby in that oh so comfortable bed. I can’t wait to travel to AZ again just to stay here. They also have a pool and grilling area with all the grilling utensils you would need so of course I had to throw a hotdog or two on there. I travel often and have stayed at many hotels but this was 10/10 for me. I’ll be back for sure

This was the perfect place for me and my family to celebrate one of the greatest accomplishments in my life. Very clean, beds were comfortable and the staff was amazing every last one of them. They all made us feel like home, especially the house keeping and front desk staff. Will definitely stay here again!

Great service at check in, comfortable and clean room, good breakfast and overall very quiet! Is next to freeway which is a bit noisy, but no screaming kids or barking dogs. Pool was clean and gym was nice as well!

pubic hair in bath tub, assigned room on ground floor by freeway entrance (noisy!!!), king bed frame creaked very loudly when sitting on upper left hand side, room config with couch against the kitchen counter with access to stovetop on the same.counter was extremely unsafe for a toddler. very unrestful and anxiety ridden stay.

The staff was super nice amazing customer service. They had breakfast in the morning and was excelent the kids enjoyed. The kids also enjoyed the pool. The rooms were great had everything needed.
