Home2 Suites by Hilton Phoenix Avondale

We stay here frequently and almost always see different stuff at the front desk. This time the three staff members we interacted with were super friendly and super helpful. We had a toddler that was sick and they were super accommodating and even let us check out late after coming back from the Phoenix Children’s Hospital. The room was clean and they had everything we needed for our little family. They even gave us some waters and snacks for being Hilton honors members in a cute little bag. The only bad thing was when we pulled out the sofa bed. There was a dirty sheet still on it with something smeared on it, and a wrapper of some sort. I could see how that could be overlooked if the couch had been put back in place with the sheets. But everything else was wonderful.

We stayed here for 2 nights while we were visiting family and attending a concert. It was very comfortable and clean. Had lots of things to do in the area and easy to get around.

When we travel, we always try to book a room at Home2Suites because the staff is friendly and professional. Also, the rooms are big and clean plus having the kitchen available when our kids come to visit is very nice. Especially now with COVID, we prefer to pick up food and eat in the room with our kids and granddaughter. There is plenty of room to spread out and eat our breakfast/lunch/dinner comfortably.

Very nice modern property. We have 2 little ones and they really enjoyed the stay and using the pool. Everything was very clean and funtional.

Friendly employee's, comfortable beds, delicious breakfast, & our children loved the outside pool.

I would highly recommend this hotel. The beds & sheets were super comfy so everyone had a great night sleep. The rooms have everything you would need for a family stay. The pool water was warm & enjoyable. I do wish breakfast has some non-dairy options & some meats. It consisted of oatmeal, cereal, waffles, bean & chili burritos, little omelets & of course breads for toasting & sa frw kinds of muffins. They did have good coffee & creamers, some nondairy options for purchase by the checkin desk. Everyone was very friendly & helpful. Overall it was clean, quiet & in the budget.

My family’s stay was great, the room was very roomy with a full kitchen. The pool downstairs was complete with a separate sitting area, fire pit and BBQ. Staff was friendly and extremely helpful! The free breakfast was an additional plus

Everything was going good with our stay at Home2 Suites. The place was nice , guest service was good , and our room looked great up to the point when we were going to bed. I booked a this place because it offered the sofa bed. So for a family if 5 I got 2 queen beds for my wife and kids and I was going to sleep in the sofa bed. Well when I pulled it out there were hairs, dirt, and stains on the sheets. I was really disappointed because I’ve stayed at other places where there sofa beds are not to par too but this place looked nice and clean so I gave it a shot. I don’t like to big deal things so I went down to front desk and asked for new linens and they gave me some plus a pillow so I replaced the nasty ones with new. As I laid on the pillow I smelled something fishy. Turned out it was coming from the pillow, luckily the queen beds had extra pillows. The carpets in the room were also dirty, you can’t tell unless you step on the carpet floor bare foot which my kids did , I never do because I know most hotels don’t wash the carpets just vacuum. Besides that everything else was good.
