Here are the Pro's and Cons of the property. Pro's New, great style and lay out, Clean, friendly, professional staff and service, great food and drink at the main restaurant main level and view and atmosphere from the roof top pool and bar. Con's - Horrible deck material by the pool (during the day you will fry your feet. Don't let your kids go without flip flops, water shoes, etc.) Rooms on the University are loud, as street noise from vehicles is load and no fans or white noise to mute sounds. So request a room on the north side of the hotel if you are a light sleeper. Overall, our stay was great!

My family and friends selected this hotel. Everything is perfectwith the big disappointment of the top roof Bar hours. All over the hotel you can find flyers including the hotel's website showing the the Top roof Bar hotel close at midnight on Saturday. Well, after a big event at Tempe, we invited our friends to meet us at this place. Unfortunately, the Top roof Bar was closed. Is inconvenient since we believed the flyers posted at the hotel and the hotel 's website open hours.

Unfortunately an hour before check out a male staff member used his key card to enter my hotel room with my minor daughter and I while I was about to enter the shower. I told the front desk attendant upon check out and she apologized and did not inquire any further or look into who this staff member was as I was too shocked to read his name tag. I sent an email to corporatetwo months ago have not heard back whatsoever. Their website says they are against human trafficking which is concerning that a male staff member can enter my hotel room with my child inside. The lack of response by the company I feel jeopardizes any illusion of safety I would have staying there again.

The only issue was the loud cars at night. This is the main drag for the youngsters to revv up their cars every night.

This was my first time staying in a Hilton property, I am a lifelong Marriott member, I absolutely loved it ! The staff was amazing, Becca was just wonderful with my little ones. Everyone was so helpful, Room service was nice. I enjoyed the accessibility, there are so many restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are a very good size, the beds are comfortable, very clean and the view was amazing. We spent a lot of time in the pool and also tried a few apps from the rooftop bar. Everything was lovely. I will definitely be coming back.

Nice, modern property. Comfortable and large rooms. Restaurant and lobby are great and roof top deck and pool was a hit with the kids. Staff was very friendly, although like everywhere these days, they are short staffed. Having to valet the car every time was somewhat inconvenient, but not bad. Otherwise great hotel and we will be back.

This Hotel was horrible. The thermostat to the room was broken. Once I notified the hotel staff completely forgot to send a maintenance worker. Upon calling again they finally sent a maintenance worker who advised there was nothing he could do. I would have to contact the front desk and seek alternative accommodations. To which I did however, again, the front desk or staff members completely forgot about me me and my family checked in to the room and were suffering from extreme cold throughout the night for two days. I will never go back.
