It’s very clean, the staff are super friendly and accommodating. I like this place, would recommend it to family and friends. Would definitely come back.

Love this hotel when I go visit my kids at ASU. It is so convenient. Near the arena, stadium and my daughter's dorm. They have a really good breakfast that's included in your stay. The rooms have kitchenettes too! Parking is only $15 a day which I think is pretty reasonable.

I will never stay here again, and I will make sure to let my friends and family know to never book a room at this location. Our hotel key was never activated for parking, and when we brought the receipt at check out the next day, they would not honor and credit it. In addition the room smelled horrible when we checked in.

The hotel was perfect for our family visiting our son at ASU. So convenient for him to walk over. We could walk to restaurants & some shopping. The kitchenette had plenty of space. My younger son liked having the couch/ hide-a-bed in a separate room. The rooms were clean & modern. The roof patio & bar is nice. The pool is pretty small which might be a downside if you plan to spend a lot of time there. The breakfast was good. The only negative issue was our correct room wasn’t ready when we arrived & we had to move after one day to get the right size room.
