I try to stay away from giving bad reviews however this was just too many things to avoid. I stayed with my family and it was rather disappointing. They didn't come to replace dirty towels and when asked they said that they didn't have any towels to replace them with. It advertises that they clean every other day and when we got there was told they clean your room only if you're staying 7 days or more. Didn't have shampoo, conditioner or body wash, bottles were completely empty. The door to our suite was extremely hard to close and open and a lot of the lights were not working at all.

Great place to stay! Across from family park, water park, mall, Walmart, 19minutes from convention center, great restaurants around!!

Booked the 2 queen bedroom suite. It had everything we needed. The bed was a little uncomfortable for me but my family had no problems at all. The staff was super friendly. Overall it was perfect for the few days we stayed and we will definitely stay there again next time we come to Phoenix.

I looked for something that was centrally located with a good value where I would feel safe taking my family. Found it. But it's hard not to with a Mariott. Even though the hotel is on the access road of I-17, it's behind another hotel so there wasn't as much road noise. They were in the process of steam cleaning all the rooms which made me feel better about my toddler being on the floor. They had the infant bed already set up before we checked in which helped as we got there late and were able to just put our child down. The continental breakfast was better than we expected and even had waffles
