Best Western North Phoenix Hotel

When asking for complementary bottled water was told I wasn’t a member. Are you kidding me.

My family and I arrived late at night and the staff was friendly and kind. They helped us check-in easily and even offered a call service to check to make sure the room was to our liking.

I was pleasantly surprised how clean and well run this property was. The staff was awesome. The breakfast is good, you get what you pay for. You cannot go wrong for the money. My family kept telling me this was a bad area but I did not experience any issues whatsoever.

Can’t say enough about this place and the staff! I originally booked with la quinta and immediately after entering my room I found an uncapped syringe on the floor! So I got my $ back and we came here and yes it was $35 a night and xtra but I had 2 kids and my mom with me so the free breakfast pretty much took care of that. The hotel was very clean, the room was immaculate, the pool area was clean and nice with umbrella tables and towels provided. The WATER WAS ACTUALLY COOL! All the other hotels I’ve stayed at in Phoenix have super warm like 90 degree water which is not refreshing at all but this pool was perfect! All in all this will be where I stay from now on!

For the price, this is a really nice hotel. The rooms were spotless, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the blackout blinds kept the room cool while I was at work. I would definitely stay there again, it was like staying in a New York City apartment. You can definitely tell this place was completely remodeled - stylish and fresh! It was also extremely quiet at night, I was on the second floor and I could sleep with my window open. The fresh air was a nice break from the AC. Did I mention breakfast? It was exactly what I wanted - omelette, bacon, and make your own waffle. The dining room is a little cozy, but there was always room to sit family style. I saved so much on my room I decided too treat myself to a new Coach purse and a matching wallet! I know where I’m staying next time I have to work in Phoenix. This is by far the “Best” Best Western I have ever stayed at. Kudos to the friendly and help staff!
