Staybridge Suites Phoenix - Glendale Sports Dist, an IHG Hotel

We stayed here due to needing to be close to the diamond arena. Everything was conveniently close including walmart & target. Bass pro is right across the street. Loved how they had the gazabo with bbq grills we used twice. We were on the quiet side of the building and can rarely hear noise but I expect to hear noise its a hotel so that never bothers me unless its out of control 3-4am. They had a small kitchen in the room very convenient when traveling with kids. They had a Laundry room that was complimentary and you can purchase pods/dryer sheets from them. But we also used twice. I would definitely stay here again. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was different each day we stayed I'm sad we missed the social hour (I forgot about it). Only downfall is when we were gone and came back the sink was leaking and had gotten every where in the sink area, which is why I knocked one star down. But! They were very quick at responding and sending someone and it was an easy fix. So I appreciate that which is why everything else is 5 stars. I'm glad we stayed here and can't wait for our next visit up!

Calm environment for a family. We also enjoyed our breakfast.

The property is very clean and the breakfast is amazing. My only issue was having to walk further down the property to get to another elevator because the one closest to our room seemed unsafe. It jerked really bad and scared my kids.

Best hotel I have been at this far. So many great amentities it is perfect for our family.

This is a convenient hotel with refrigerator, full size microwave, and a cooktop. Parking is easy and free. The pool is very large with a hot tub, great for families with kids. The breakfast area/lobby is somewhat small for the size of the hotel, and it could be hard to find a table. The hotel is very near the Cardinals football stadium, which is a plus for some but the room may have more wear than most due to a steady stream of football fans. The dimensions off the room seemed a little off with very high ceilings for a narrow room, made you feel slightly uncomfortable.

Heater did not work and hotel didn’t want to accommodate my family and we stayed cold all night on NYE!

Perfect for our large family! Breakfast was great, it was super clean, great location. It literally checked all the boxes!

We always choose this hotel for our stay in Glendale AZ. The rooms are so comfortable & give a very homey feeling. The hotel is always clean and welcoming. Our children loved the heated pool on a cool March morning. The light complimentary breakfast was much appreciated. The staff is always friendly & professional. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay:)

Everything is good, me and my family really love this place we really enjoyed our time.
