Broken shower head leaked all over bathroom floor everywhere but shower. Transient living in room next door yelling profanity while family and I tried to enjoy our stay. Called front desk and they were aware.

The location is amazing! Close to plenty of restaurants and shopping. My room was spacious, well decorated, and clean. There were a couple nicks in the wall or small things that could use repair but nothing that affected my stay or ability to enjoy my room. The free breakfast wasn’t the best I’ve ever had but hey, it’s free lol. Definitely a great option for families with plenty of fridge and kitchen space. The only thing missing was a hot plate but I heard that one can be requested (I recommend calling to confirm that before booking your stay if the hot plate is a dealbreaker). The staff was great! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was nice, clean and family friendly. Loved that they had free water, tea, cocoa and coffee at check in. The family game room was such a cool option for a little bit of family entertainment

The hotel is itself quite attractive and well-maintained. The hotel allows pets, thus the one drawback was that the carpet was filthy. Stains in every corner of the room, including the common areas. The public spaces weren't too awful. however, I asked my children to leave their shoes in the bedroom area. Despite the fact that I enjoyed the hotel, I won't go back because of the flooring.

The room was clean and big. The staff was really nice and very attentive in the lobby. Breakfast was great and super helpful when traveling with little kids.

It was our first time being at this one. It was super nice & easy to get to our room. Had no issues with noise or people being next door. The kitchen was super convenient especially when you have a family, loved it!

Our stay was great, we stayed 3 nights. Kelly at the front desk during check in was so nice! Often you run into people that are ‘turn on’ their nice face... that was not the experience with any of the employees here, they all were very genuine and helpful! The room and beds were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great! Waffle makers, yogurt, milk/juice, oatmeal bar, bagels, and even microwavable breakfast sandwiches and scrambles! The woman we encountered helping with breakfast was so sweet and attentive while I juggled my two kids! There is free laundry. Right next to the mall, took the kids for food and to play in their water feature! Highly recommend this location, it was truly fantastic in all categories!
