I have stayed here often for business, but this time I brought my family because my grandson was playing in a baseball tournament nearby. They always accommodate and a very friendly staff.

Best check-in experience ever at a hotel, super courteous, friendly, and superb explanations about hotel. Great location. Older hotel, but in good repair. Tiny outdoor pool. Close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Easy access from freeway. Hyatt hotels are consistently better than most and my family's preference when available and similarly priced to comparables. Lots of places to sit for breakfast. Fantastic shower and great water pressure.

The hotel was clean and the staff was wonderful. But, the pillows are made for children, not adults. They had no microwave to warm up left overs which was disappointing and no hot tub. When you pay over 200.00 you expect more than what we got. Oh, and remember to bring lotion and other stuff. They dont give samples.

We stayed here for a few days and enjoyed it. The breakfast was decent and had variety, which was nice especially when traveling with family. The concierge Andy or Andrew was super helpful and has accommodated our requests for extra water bottles. Will definitely stay here again next time!

Its worth recommending and I will definitely be a returning guest to hyatt place on my next visit to Gilbert Arizona. Thank you to all of the staff! it was so nice that my children choose to extend their stay.

We arrived just 1-hour before regular check-in time. We asked if we could get an early check-in since we were all in church dress and needed to change clothes for our kids cross country meet. The staff refused and pointed us to some bathrooms that our family could change in instead. This was awkward since we had three girls in dresses and two boys in shirt and tie. After we changed into running clothes and left the two staff ladies just jeered at us. I am a Hyatt member. There was even a sign in the elevator saying that members get extra perks like early check-in. That will be my last time ever at a Hyatt hotel. Plus the kids above us were running around all night and it was super noisy.

This is a new property with a modern vibe. Breakfast was a good variety, tasted fresh. Different options each day. Only suggestion would be a yogurt choice, and complimentary coffee would be nice early AM. "Happy Hour" was misleading with a beverage priced at $8 and then a tip is automatically added to your charge. Loved the variety of lounging areas, perfect for an individual, families, groups and couples. Work out machines are adequate but the room needs a bench, matts, exercise ball or weight balls. Staff was attentive and professional, friendly and courteous. Our room by an outside door had ants if food was left out, staff addressed it immediately. Not walkable to restaurants but convenient to the highway. Stayed four nights. Would recommend and, stay again.
