Great Hotel, it’s newer so it’s not as worn but still has some construction flaws. Suite 501 was great, large for our family of 5, beds were comfy. Only real complaint I have is the ice in the ice machine had bugs and dirt in it. Front desk staff were friendly, pleasant, and helpful. The breakfast crew literally just grunted when asked a question, I’m not a morning person either but ok… breakfast isn’t only on weekdays, as listed here. It’s every day. Overall, great experience and worth the price.

We looked so forward to staying there during our recent visit to Tuscaloosa to see our children. However, upon our arrival we found out that you people cancelled our reservation less than 24 hours after confirming it! Horrible customer service.
