Hampton Inn Suites Scottsboro

Our family had an amazing time at this hotel. Would stay again. Very clean and breakfast was great.

Traveled with my family for a funeral. The rooms were clean, comfy and spacious. Staff were friendly and professional.

This hotel left me with several bed bug bites. Room 305. I slept on the right side of the bed and was eaten up bad. The front desk wanted nothing to do with my remarks regarding where bed bug can hide — more than just the mattress. The hotel in general is dated. Room has single old school style air/heat system on window. Ice bucket and coffee supplies are in the bathroom (gross!) Breakfast was basic with a surprise strawberry waffle mix. That was honestly the nicest part. The morning staff at breakfast did give my toddler a chance to go through the toy treasure chest, he was excited about this. Property was very hard to find and the map makes you think you are staying at Home Depot. Overall, I would not stay here. I’d travel the way extra distance or pay more money and stay elsewhere.

The room was very clean. One of the beds was a little worn and sunken in. The other bed was ok. The check in staff was very helpful. Tammy, the cook for breakfast was fantastic with the kids. My biggest concern was that they now allow pets. Thankfully the one that was a few doors down we did not hear. The drive in was a little difficult to locate even with the GPS. We could see the building but had difficulty finding the right road. Better signage would be helpful.
