Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Albertville

Ok so it was me and my 2 kids staying 2 nights and the first night was fine but Saturday night was horrible! I had just got back from my HS reunion with my 2 kids and as soon as we got in our room and put on our night clothes the people next to us that share a adjacent door with was trying their hardest to get into our room even with me screaming at them to stop! My kids were completely freaking out and scared! I went to tell the front desk and the lady said oh they can’t speak English. Anyways they didn’t do it again, my kids didn’t even want to stay at that point. But we ended up staying and OMG I didn’t get any sleep because I could hear every freaking body on the 2nd floor snoring as loud as they could! Walls are super paper thin and it was just horrible! I will not be staying here again!

The reviews are misleading and someone needs to filter out the bot reviews. Service for pull out sheets and check in were great. Hall carpet is gross. The room was clean enough to stay in. All hard floors but we wore shoes. Pool was small, hazy, and not cleaned recently. There was a brownie shoved in the corner of the elevator. The worst was the breakfast (passed on eating). Not a great experience for my family and would stay at a different hotel.

The hotel is in good shape. It's clean, in a good location and it was quiet. We had an issue during check-in, but it was quickly resolved. Thankfully it could have been worse but wasn't. After the check-in issue we were given a room with an accessible doorbell that kids rang multiple times, so that was annoying.
