La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Prattville

Needed a convenient family hotel stop for vacation. Room had a really bad smell that we think was due to it being very pet friendly hotel and then being mopped over with cleaning solution all hard floors. Even without smell room was priced about 50$ too high compared to other hotels on trip.

Our family booked two rooms for a baseball tournament . The room was clean and staff was very professional and nice. Some of the furniture is damaged in the room as far as scuffed up from use but other than that beds were clean and floors were clean. Pool was nice to swim in. Breakfast each morning was the same thing but decent. If in the area again we will definitely stay again.

we were in town to visit family. The hotel was very nice very clean and the staff was very friendly. I would absolutely stay here again. Every time I come to town.

First two nights were great, third and fourth night very noisy. Someone running up and down the hall and a lot is sound from the floor above. Could hear a baby crying and heard dog barking,

This was a very enjoyable and safe weekend get away for the family.

We were originally assigned a room in which someone had just smoked a cigarette. Since this was a smoke free hotel I was a little surprised. The hotel has no service elevators so you share with the maid staff. The front desk told my wife the elevator could only carry three people at a time even though it was rated for 2100 pound capacity. If four people rode the elevator would stop with a jolt and then sink 6-8” so a tripping hazard. It really should be repaired. The second room we were assigned smelled musty and was not well cleaned. We didn’t have toilet paper and only one tiny bar of soap. We ended up spending over $140 a night and expected a much better room. We won’t stay again and we travel to Prattville 3-4 a year to visit family. There were a number of people outside the hotel drinking beer and making noise when my wife took our dog out at 230 am. She was concerned for her safety.

The hotel was very noisy. Door did not seal well and all outside noise could be heard. The kids in hallway could be heard as early as 6:30 am.

Great location ,very nice pool clean hotel ,good service great for families overall great stay and willl book again in the future

Floors were dirty. Room was on 1st floor next to the elevator and could hear people talking and kids screaming every few minutes until about 11PM.
