SpringHill Suites by Marriott Montgomery Prattville/Millbrook

Would not stay here again! We have stayed at SpringHill Suites in Tennessee, Ohio, New York, and Alabama. This was the absolute worst experience and definitely not on brand for this chain. We booked a room for 2 adults and 2 children. When we arrived at the room, there was no extra bedding for the kids. I called down and was told to come down. When I got downstairs, I was instructed to pick it out myself. When I returned to the room, I realized we only had 2 towels. So, back downstairs I went. When we were ready to go to sleep, I realized that my pillow did not have a pillowcase and had 2 dried blood stains on it. I was not going downstairs for a third time so I just wrapped a towel around it. At breakfast, which was not as plentiful as other Springhill suites, they ran out of waffle batter. When I asked, I was told that they only fill it once and then don’t refill it. So no one waffles for kids. One room for 250 - sparse breakfast- and room not properly stocked for 4 people- never this location again.

Perfect for passing through on a road trip. It was right off the highway with plenty of food choices nearby. We appreciated the helpful staff. The large room was great for traveling with kids.

Great stay for families

Great spot for our family of 5 to stay on the way to the beach. Will stay here again.

Probably because there are few employees at the hotel, there is no one at the front counter unless there is something to do. They will come out when you call them. The room was well cleaned, but compared to other SpringHill locations. I wonder if the walls of the hotel in this location are designed to be thin? Starting early in the morning, I could hear the noise of water running in the room above for over an hour, and the sound of children running was noisy. It was so loud that I covered my ears. Also, even when I was in the bathroom, I could hear people in the rooms next door or above. This was the first time something like this had happened at SpringHill Hotel. Other than that, it was a comfortable hotel. The hot water in the shower flowed vigorously and was comfortable to use.

Beautiful new property with plenty of space for a family of five.

We were weary travelers driving north from the beaches. We stopped for food and decided to sleep. The kids enjoyed the pool the room was clean and comfortable. The shower was hot and relaxing. The pillows were a bit soft and the thermostat seemed to do nothing but the window unit worked. Unfortunately to keep from sweating we had to set it to constant on so it blew in my face all night.

Just stayed for a night with two older my teenage children. It was spacious, clean and in a convenient location. I would stay here again.

Front desk was extremely friendly to my kids and was very helpful.

We arrived in Montgomery late in the afternoon after driving all day from up north. We had trouble finding a hotel that would sleep 6. The Spring Hill Suites not only had rooms but this place was great. We ordered pizza with the kids and enjoyed it on the outdoor patio with a fireplace. The pool was a little chilly but well maintained and clean. The room was clean and spacious for our family of six. We enjoyed the workout area in the morning and complimentary breakfast. We will definitely remember this place in the future and would recommend it for larger family’s that have trouble finding a room that sleeps six comfortably.
