A very nice and clean place. I came to visit my family and it was perfect for cooking and serving right in the room. Not one single issue

I liked the fact that the place is set up like a fully furnished apartment. So you have everything you need at your finger tips. For those who are traveling with kids they have basket ball court and pool. You can grill and have family time in the picnic area. The staff are great,: from room service, to maintenance to check in. Real Southern Hospitality

We got to our room around 11pm and our room hadn’t been cleaned from the last person. The maid wasn’t there, so we had to clean some of it ourselves! The bathroom was disgusting and we couldn’t even use it. There was hair all over the bar soap, so we couldn’t use that either. Luckily we had a suite, so we could use the dawn soap to wash with. I called the front desk and asked for new linen and towels and she did bring them promptly and was very nice at the desk, but I can’t get over the dirty room! We drove 13 hrs to get there with 2 kids under 3 yrs old and was so exhausted, this was the worst way to end the day. I would NEVER come here again!!! If it wasn’t so late we would have gone somewhere else!!

Unfortunately this hotel is deplorable. Upon walking up the stairs, the stairwell reeked of urine and cigarette smells. Entering the room, we were welcomed with stained rugs, stained lamp shade, water puddle on bathroom floor, and food from the previous guest tucked behind end table. While looking around, my family and I were greeted with roaches on the counter top! We had enough and left the hotel to book at another establishment. Regardless if the room was non refundable my family and I had to get out of there after being in the room less than 10 minutes. Horrible experience.

The price is great for the size of the suite. I couldnt believe we essentially had an entire 2 bed/ba apartment with fully functional kitchen to ourselves. King beds are sooooo much better to share with antsy toddlers than queen beds. The living room was huge which the kids loved. After being crammed in a car they were ready to be out and just have room to play. The free breakfast was definitely not great but the price and size of the suite makes up for it. Is there room for improvement? Yes. Would i stay here again, also yes.

My stay was great my kids enjoyed themselves. I saved money on breakfast the hotel offered a nice simple breakfast.

Plenty of room for a family

At 3:30 am someone was aggressively trying to enter our hotel room by repeatedly slamming the door back and forth and yelling. My daughter was terrified and my sons were freaked out. I was so scared!! Thank goodness I used the safety lock! I started to call 911 but the phone rang in the room and it was the front desk saying they accidentally double booked the room. But I spent the entire rest of the night caring for my scared children. When I spoke with the GM the next morning she said she would try to give me a discount and would email me but has never contacted me again. I’m SO disappointed as they should have done something for their mistake and now my kids are freaked out about staying in a hotel.

Felt like it was a property housing displaced families.

Let’s begin with the door didn’t lock from the inside. I felt a little insecure having a young child with me since I couldn’t lock the door from the inside. There was only 1 plate, 2 forks, 1 spoon and very minimal dishes/pots & pans. Let’s not forget there wasn’t any dish soap and only 1 packet of dishwasher soap. The air return vent was covered in dust. It smelled really weird in the room. Only 1 roll of toilet paper. There wasn’t enough parking. There were hookers/prostitutes coming in out all hours of the night. The landscaping crew that was there to maintain the plants was absolutely horrible, the owners girlfriend/wife was on drugs, most likely meth, she couldn’t even stand still shoving stuff in her pants. The outside cushions near the pool/grilling area were all torn apart and not maintained. It was not worth staying at this hotel. I’ve stayed at many Sonesta’s but this one is by far the worst one I’ve ever stayed at. I would never stay here again and I’d never recommend this hotel to anyone.
