Very crowded and noisy during sleeping hours after 10 pm. Elevator door closed on my 86 year old spouse very hard and almost threw him to the floor. Reported the elevator concern to the staff. Although they serve dinner and breakfast, no staff members were present to control the crowd and the kids running around. One kid was pretending he was playing basketball with food and dumped food on my husband’s shorts.

Drury was a perfect place to accommodate my family . My kids loved the pool and the breakfast and dinner were great!

We stayed on our way to Florida with our kids. The hotel was very clean. The huge room was so nice for everyone to spread out. The neighborhood was safe and conveniently located off the interstate. The breakfast workers were not super friendly. Overall a great time.

Very enjoyable and friendly stay. Only issue i had was one of the elevators wasn't working and it took me and my family 20 minutes to get to the lobby with our bags

Was okay for one night, the only issue I had was in our bathroom someone broke glass all over the floor and then it wasn’t cleaned up, good thing I seen this before my kids enter the room on there is a would’ve got cut feet

There were many children who ran around the property unattended. They spilled drinks on the floor and parents and staff were slow to clean up their mess. The clientele and the hotel staffs response to the unruly children made my stay miserable.

Josie at the front desk was very helpful, courteous and the happy hour staff was professional and friendly. The rooms were clean and beds are very comfortable. Slept like a baby.

Room was extremely clean, well laid out, roomy and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Bed was comfortable and the AC was cold! We wanted to use the pool but there was just too many rowdy older teens out there, so we skipped it. My kid was disappointed but we did sleep well and are ready to continue our long road trip today!
