Staybridge Suites Montgomery - Downtown, an IHG Hotel

Room was very clean and comfortable for a family of 6. Pool area was clean and nice. Laundry facility was nice and convenient. Would recommend and stay again.

It was a short stay, but it was nice nonetheless. The staff were helpful and accommodating to me and my family. The room was clean and nicely decorated. I would definitely stay again.

My family had a wonderful time at the Stay! From the wonderful lady who checked us in, to the friendly ladies who hosted the Social time. Even Mark in maintenance who was watering the flowers around the pool and fire pit area, everyone we encountered was warm and made our stay so wonderful. Our room was spacious and clean, exactly as pictured. We will definitely come back to this hotel next time we come to Montgomery! It's also perfectly located so that we could walk to anywhere we wanted to go. Great restaurants within your fingertips! Of course a great breakfast and coffee really helped get us going in the morning. A big Thank You to the entire staff! Keep up the excellent work!

The desk clerk that checked me in on 24th of January. Did not want to give the room that I reserved through Expedia. I was told that because I had an Alabama identification card with a Montgomery address. They had the right to refuse my reservation even though I showed them proof of my new address. It made me feel as if they were discriminating against me for some reason. Because of this reason I will no longer patronize with them and my family will also not patronize with your company. Even though we use your establishment in the past for traveling family members. Thank you for your time and that horrible experience and my room was never cleaned for my entire stay at your hotel. I was in room 532 by the way

I booked 3 rooms for our family visit to Montgomery. We were all happy with our rooms. The included breakfast is a great benefit when traveling with children. The staff from the front desk to the housekeeping staff were all helpful. It was our first trip to Alabama and the Staybridge left us with very positive feelings.

I liked the room and hotel but the walls are not concrete and it was loud however thankfully not after dark. There was a lot of kids around with families so I assume it was kids jumping around for hours.

Most of the staff were very nice and helpful. A member of the kitchen staff though, needs some serious education on ADA rules for service dogs. Completely turned me off with his ignorance and then his attitude. I didn't touch the breakfast, it wasn't worth his harassment. I understand it is a hotel, but the paper thin walls are an issue with noise. Also, I sent a message two days ago about some elaboration on my bill, no answer. It is an unremarkable place to stay. It was good enough one time in a pinch (family emergency), but not worth going back.

Even though we didn’t go in the pool, it was very nice to see at night. The breakfast bar was delicious, and they had a waffle station which my kids love. The pull out couch was comfortable too! 2 of us slept in the long bed and the other 2 slept on the pull out. The hotel had linens ready for the pull out, a full size fridge and dishwasher in the room. The shower was amazing and everything was very clean in our room and all the common areas. The only issue we came into was some computer glitch at the parking gate, but the front desk attendant was watching the camera, saw we were having trouble and came to help us. We’ll be coming back when we make our next trip to Montgomery!

It was a fun place to stay. There were a lot of neat restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. It felt very safe. The history of the city was on full display and I loved it. Id park across the street for $5.00 instead of paying 17.00 for their lot; it was definitely over packed. The hotel was generally nice but you can tell its been used a little bit. I wish our room was a little bit cleaner. We found a pop can under the bed but the sheets smelled and looked fresh. There were many families that were traveling through that made it feel exciting but it was never loud. The breakfast is forgettable unless you like cereal and some standard eggs; We didn't stay here for the breakfast though. We would comfortably stay here again if needed.
