Springhill Suites Mobile

Room was comfortable and clean and had a lot of room for our family. The pull out couch was great since we are traveling with 3 kids.

The hotel was generally okay. The pictures on Expedia looked nice, and the reviews mentioned that the rooms were clean and updated. However, when we entered the room, not all the lights were working. The shower handle was loose and not fully screwed in. The stand-up shower had black spots in the corners, and the towel bar was dirty. Additionally, the bathroom door handle was loose, and there was damage to the paint near the floor next to the standing shower. On a positive note, the staff was very nice and accommodating, providing extra towels for my family. I hope you can address these issues and upgrade the room for future guests.

We frequently are in Mobile for business and visiting family. We stayed here a few years ago and decided to again. This will be our new stay while in Mobile. Love the roomy hotel rooms, good breakfast, great location, and service was great.

My overall stay was amazing. Easy check in / out, clean and friendly staff. Only problem , there were kids above my room. A lot of running and bumping disturbances throughout the day and late evening.

Stayed here on the way to Orlando. Only had one problem, there were kids at 5:30 in the morning running back-and-forth in the hallway. Not really the hotels fault but it was irritating. Especially after a long drive.

Check in was OK. The lady helping was pleasant. We got a room to fit our family of 5, but there was no mattress in the pull out bed, so my son had to sleep on the uncomfortable couch. There were supposed to be big bottles for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, but the shampoo & body wash were out. We called down & they said we had to go get refills. When we did, they gave us shampoo & conditioner instead of shampoo & body wash. When we went down again to get the body wash, they just gave us two little bars of soap instead of the wash. The breakfast was mediocre, at best. They were out of almost everything. Although the room was apcious & clean, I'm not sure if we will be staying again.
