Springdale Inn & Suites

The hotel is under remodel and there was Sheetrock dust everywhere. The hotel staff was super nice an pleasant, just hard with 3 kids and the entire first floor under construction

There were children or someone running upstairs above our room. The noise was severe--we complained every night. There were some guests that requested a move within the hotel. Breakfast was served but was very sparse.

Staff was rude and arrogant, what’s worse is I believe it was the owner family. Acted like they were doing you one hell of a favor for anything you asked for.

This place is perfect for a last minute family getaway. Indoor pool, close to restaurants, and shopping. Will definitely be back 😀

The location was okay but the layout was tight. Our room was on a corner near the pool and the noise from the area was VERY LOUD! Also, there was an adjoining room and kids were in there and it was just awfully loud with them stomping around and knocking on the door and jumping on the bed... I know that was not the responsibility of the property or the management but the people were, I don't know, horrible!

Stay was ok however I did have a few issues while staying I was on a small vacation with my 3 young Daughters for Mardi Gras almost everytime I went outside to leave Or arriving back to our room. We would be approached by homeless people asking for money I was actually cursed out by a man early one morning because I wouldn’t give him my coffee. I did let the front desk know and they apologize multiple times, and had said they had told him stay off of the property. I believe some homeless people may be sleeping nearby- not the hotels fault. It is off a busy road right off the interstate But it was a bit scary being out of town with 3 young girls alone. My suggestion would be for them to maybe hire a security guard to keep the property secure but other than that It was a wonderful stay room was clean hot bar breakfast was good indoor pool was nice beds were very comfortable very convenient area restaurants close McDonald’s on one side Walmart on the other side would stay again as long as I wasn’t traveling alone with children.

We were traveling back from Orlando and decided to stay there to rest as we were very tired, they only had a room with a king size bed and a pull out couch, my 3 children slept in the bed and my husband and I in the couch, I went downstairs to ask for lines for the bed and they said they were completely out. They absolutely had nothing, no sheets no towels and there was not anything they could do about it. So we had to use some towels to cover ourselves and it was a very nasty feeling sleeping in that mattress and all we wanted was to get a few hours of sleep and leave as soon as possible.

Great hotel for a family over night trip. My kids enjoyed the pool. Rooms were big enough for the 5 of us. Breakfast was great. Pillow and bed were super comfy!

The stay itself wasn't terrible, the room was clean and we were comfortable. When we arrived, the woman at the front desk was on the phone. She barely acknowledged my presence, but I brushed it off because it sounded like she was discussing a customer issue with a boss. It took nearly 10 minutes but she finally got off the phone and checked us in. A little while later I returned to the front to purchase some drinks and she was nowhere to be found. Two other guests were waiting to check in. We all stood and waited for 15+ minutes before I just left a note of my items and requested my room be charged. She did call and confirm receipt of my note and she had apparently had a family emergency which is understandable, but I feel that there should be more than one person on duty for possible situations like this. The next morning we went out to breakfast, which had your standard options. 2 of my children had gone out with no shoes and an employee snapped at us twice that shoes were required. I have no issue with them requiring shoes, however no notices were posted about this that I noticed and the employee was very rude about it. We were supposed to stay at this hotel on our return trip from vacation and I ended up cancelling because I didn't want to risk poor service after a long exhausting drive.

This was the worst experience I have had. The only area that was clean was in the lobby. The room itself smelled like urine. There was oil like substance smears on the head board, tv, and wall. The tub was dirty with rust. There were only 2 towels and washcloths for a family of 5. We were given hand towels. Went to the lobby for wash rags on several occasions and was told there were none. Based on the parking lot, the hotel was not filled to capacity. Took my kid for breakfast and was highly disappointed. Cant pay me money to stay there again.
