Front desk staff acted like it was no big deal that the guy in the room nextdoor was screaming at, threatening to kill his kids and sounded like he was beating them. I got the impression they were living in the hotel and the front staff knew him.

The hotel was great and the staff was great as well. It would have been nice to know that the pool and fitness center was under renovation before we planned to use them, that was a big letdown for my kids and family

Beautiful hotel! But the staff makes this hotel stand out! They went above and beyond to accommodate us when we arrived early. My infant grand daughter need a place fast. Everyone was so nice and personable and made sure our every need was met. The room was very clean and quiet. We will definitely stay again!
