Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Mobile/Saraland, an IHG Hotel

Was clean a s safe. Stayed with my family and kids. Breakfast was great! Definetly would stay again

This is a great place to stay when on the road and want a nice clean well priced hotel!! One of the best we have found in the area. We have stayed her 4 times and now and have no plans to change that when going to see our family !!

Easy access, friendly staff, clean room with comfortable beds - what more could a beach week exhausted family ask for, LOL?!?!

Our stay at this Holiday Inn Express was terrible. We were very disappointed with the condition of our room and cleanliness. Please find below a list of things we noticed in JUST 10 hours of our stay there: 1. Missing body wash (see pic) 2. Missing hand soap 3. Mold in the bathroom (see pics) 4. Red stains (almost looked like blood) by the refrigerator (see pic) 5. Replacement body wash tubes provided looked like they were refilled and state " The Guest House at Graceland" (see pics) My wife being a medical professional was traumatized with the red stains and the rest of the issues found did not help the cause. Our family has been staying at Holiday Inn properties around the world for over 15 years and we have never had such a bad experience before. I ask for a refund for our stay and I hope the Hotel Management will consider this constructive feedback to prevent others from experiencing similar issues.

Comfort and cleanliness were awesome. I had an issue at check in with double booking and Hotels.com and the hotel both helped resolve that issue pretty quick. The only problems that I had was that it said breakfast will be included but the hotel did not serve breakfast that day due to Christmas, however, they did not tell us that before hand or on the hotels.com website that it won't be served. Secondly, they did not have ANY additional blankets or a crib for a baby which made it very cold at night and it sucked because they advertise the crib on their website but do not have it to provide it. Still a pretty good hotel, the main issue was just the blankets.

The front desk staff were rude and very unfriendly. They would not help me figure out why I didn’t have two rooms under my name even though my confirmation email and paperwork showed it. I finally asked it was under the name of the other family that was staying with us. Then my daughter went back in and they were badmouthing me. Very unprofessional. Will not stay there again.

Very friendly and helpful staff! Our tv needed a new cord and the gentleman that fixed it was friendly and quick. Front desk ladies were both nice and friendly. The pool was clean and the kiddos had a blast.

The hotel was nice and the room was great , the issue i had was that the room service or the house keeping didnt clean our room on the first day. Come to find out i had to fill a form out to have them cleam my room and on the form i had to be specific on what i wanted them to clean. I paid 130 a night for what, if it wasnt to have my room clean i need to understand why my room was so expensive. When i figured it out that i had to ask to get my room cleaned it was late on the second day , so i filled out the form to have them do everything, the next day i was still asked that morning what i wanted cleaned by the house keeping staff, very sad business. when we were there , there were family members of emplyees in the pool acting like it was there pool and telling guest that they can come there any day they want and do what ever they want, it seems like this hotel is a private place just for this family and not for guest , they want to run it like it is not a fanchise hotel. I also noticed that there was no diversity in the highering process , 95%of the employees were black i did not see an other ethic group of people working for this hotel, that i have a huge issue with. I think Holiday Inn with their name on this building they need to have someone look into this , my name is John Debus is stayed 7/01/22-7/5/22 cause if this is the way Holiday inns do their business I WILL NEVER return to another and i stay in alot of hotels, thank you
