The owner was very rude didn't understand sick people. They didn't want to give fresh towels. And they charge for kids even a 2yr old

The only complaint I have is some kids were playing in front of my door at 7:30 a.m. that Sunday morning; that broke my sleep. Families need to be more considerate ans know that everyone is not woke becauae they are awake. I was not able to go back to sleep and had to drive out of town to get back home. Overall, the hotel was nice. No complaints.

I booked this property and canceled within a hour. We pulled up to the property and felt so unsafe. I didn’t even want to get myself much less my kids out of the car. The staff was rude when I called to cancel. There were tornadoes heading for us and I rather risk driving towards the storms than stay there. Luckily we found another hotel that I had to call and book. Expedia isn’t able to get my refund either. Terrible experience

The door was not properly aligned. The locks on the door was not secure. The bathroom toilet was great for children’s learning to potty train. Great shower. Breakfast was very disappointing. No plans to stay there in the future.

Property management didn’t honor my reservation through Orbitz. They gave it away before I arrived. No other lodging available so our family slept in a rest area.

This hotel has been updated and is so nice! Our family was on a very long road trip and the beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Front desk lady was very nice and helpful. Area felt like a safe area and families were in the paining lot hanging out.
