TownePlace Suites by Marriott Foley at OWA

The staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly. And as ww were in the breakfast area this morning, we were able to hear the team meeting with housekeeping and service….and were so impressed with the professionalism and true leadership we listened in on. The hotel itself was in great condition and was perfect for our family. It was a great location for our stay!

I like how convenient it was for our girls softball tournament. The park and other family oriented activities were near.

Elevator buttons hard to locate. No lotion or extra toiletries provided. Needed more pillows and blankets for beds. Coffee left in coffee maker. Needed more towels. Breakfast was just ok. Asked for early check in for special needs child, room not ready until after 4:00 pm.

Close to OWA park, excellent breakfast, very clean and accommodating for families with children

The hotel was very nice and clean.The receptionist at the front desk (Kaysii) was very helpful and so kind(really sweet person) We will stay here again.My family and I were very happy.We enjoyed the breakfast too♥️

This hotel was very nice and clean. Staff was friendly overall very pleaseant experience except we were there when a baseball tournament was going on and some were very loud, running up and down the halls, throwing balls at each other at the pool while other guests were trying to enjoy themselves. My family and I left because it seem as though there was no supervision from an adult.

My family stayed 2 nights for the hot air balloon festival. I was beyond impressed. This hotel is a short walk to all the activities of OWA, the hot air balloon festival, and the waterpark—no need to drive anywhere. The hotel staff was the best I have seen. They actually seemed to care about their job, and that was good to see. Great breakfast, great location and great staff. I will definitely return.

The room was spacious, great for our family. The air conditioning units and vents were extremely dusty, and a little black inside. My son has severe asthma, we cleaned the vents ourselves to ensure he wouldn’t have any breathing issues. The coffee pot would not work. It spilled over, making a huge mess. We called, and a very friendly worker brought us a new coffee pot as well as a full pot of coffee from the kitchen , I believe her name was Shelly, but she was so sweet. We tried the new coffee pot the next day, and it dumped grounds in the pot. Thankfully they served coffee at the breakfast downstairs. I am very pregnant, so at night I typically sleep with the air down low. We set the AC at 68, and it would not allow you to go any lower. Around 2 AM the AC turned off, and the thermostat would not allow any fan setting or ability to cycle back on. We ended up going to Target to purchase a circulating fan to prevent the stuffiness at night. The staff are very friendly and accommodating , each time we reached out with any concerns , there was immediate service delivered. We liked that the TV had Netflix abilities, great for our son. The location is very convenient in relation to the parks, and the indoor heated pool was perfect during the cold weather!
