Hampton Inn Foley

It was very nice and comfortable. Staff was professional and helped with everything I needed. It was pet friendly. That was so good my fur babies were welcomed there. Im plan on staying there again in October

The staff was very friendly. The check in was very convenient. The front desk had no problem lending out extra towels to me and my children. The stay was quiet and it smelled clean in the building. The breakfast was very good. Almost better than any breakfast buffet.

The hotel location and parking was great. I like how cleaned the rooms, hotel and breakfast areas were. I was disappointed with the housekeepers making so much noise outside our rooms at 9am. Using foul language as well. We looked outside to see who was making the noise. (Housekeepers)They literally woke my family up and we had plan on sleeping in after the late travel. Other than this issue everything was fine. Please talk with your housekeepers this really irritated my family. Wasn't able to enjoy sleeping in. My 1st night needs to be refunded becuase of this nonsense.

Enjoyed our stay very much. Dylan was awesome and made our stay fantastic. Great service! The entire staff gets an A .... The property is conveniently located to shopping and dining and the parking was fine. Can't say enough good things. We visit family in the area often and we will certainly stay here when we visit! Thanks for making our visit enjoyable!

The property was okay, but I have stayed in more well kept Hampton hotels. We had 2 people for each room that needed keys, so we did the traditional check in. It was slow, but went fine. The more concerning thing was the person checking us in ignored people who did not have a working shower and asked for a plunger so they could fix it themselves since nothing had been done since that morning. When our coworkers checked in the same person took a call, put them on hold, the caller hung up and called back, and that time the person seemed frustrated and told the person on they phone they would call them back and then hung up. The only other frustrating thing was that we did not bring toiletries knowing the hotel has them, but one room didn't even have a dispenser for conditioner and there was not much shampoo either. Last was that we had a early start, but chose this hotel because they offered breakfast. Unfortunately, unlike every other Hilton product with a continental breakfast that I have ever been to (we went a lot because someone in the immediate family works for their corporate office) this one does not start until 7 am even during the weekdays. So, no breakfast before work for us that day.

Nice hotel with clean rooms. Great breakfast. Good location. I would recommend it to any family. The pool was nice and clean too. Good service from front desk.
